Management behaviour can be measured. Proof is possible.
For decades, organisations have evaluated their managers on intentions or perceptions. Those measures have value. But they don't capture what really matters: actual behaviour in a difficult situation, under pressure.
XR technology, conversational AI and physiological measurement now make a different approach possible. That is the bet we made with NEMORIA.

Total confidentiality
Managers’ behavioural and biometric data never goes through any public cloud. That is a line we do not cross.

There is no pre-programmed right answer. NEMORIA measures what happens — not what should happen according to a consultant or trainer.

We designed NEMORIA with one non-negotiable constraint: no personal data — behavioural or biometric — ever goes through a public cloud.
Dedicated hosting, off the public cloud
NEMORIA runs on dedicated, isolated infrastructure. Data never goes through any third-party public cloud service.
GDPR compliance by design
Identifier-based anonymisation, configurable retention policy, role-based access. No personal data in the logs.
Controlled access
Managers’ biometric and behavioural data is accessible only to the authorised people defined by the organisation.
Right to erasure
Complete deletion of a manager’s data on request, with no residue in logs or backups.
